On September 4, Sulzer Chemtech signed an agreement to acquire Manfred Preu Kolonnenservice in Germany. Today, Sulzer Chemtech signed an agreement to acquire SAB Technical Services (India). The purchase price is up to USD 5.75 million (approximately CHF 6.3 million) depending on the future performance. Sulzer Chemtech strengthens its position in the tower field services
In January, Sulzer has completed the acquisition of the TowerTech companies based in Australia, Thailand and Singapore, which was first announced in December 2008. The purchase price amounts to AUD 11 million (CHF 8 million).
