Sulzer Mixpac Gains Temporary Restraining Order - Against Mixing Tips Copiers
Sulzer Mixpac announced today that they have taken legal actions to protect its products from unauthorized copying. The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) preventing the defendants from offering Mixing tips being imported into the US that are likely to cause confusion with genuine Mixpac tips at the Greater New York Dental Meetings held at the Javits Center.

The Mixpac S-System mixing tips are the industry leader for 2-component static mixinsolutions for dental and industrial applications. The S-System tips have a unique dome shape and color coded system to match with a materials cartridge. The Mixpac S-System is also protected by U.S. and foreign patents. Mixpac S-System products are made exclusively by Mixpac at its automated factory in Switzerland where strict quality control, close tolerances and rigid cleanliness standards produce mixing tips of the highest quality, safety and reliability.

Mixpac is committed to protecting its markets and products. Genuine Mixpac tips can be identified by the MIXPAC® name stamped in the top beveled edge of the tip.
