Sulzer Chemtech Completes Acquisition of Mixpac, Werfo, and Mold

The acquisition of Mixpac, Werfo, and Mold by Sulzer Chemtech as announced on August 22, 2006, has been completed on December 29, 2006.

Based on a new assessment of the legal situation, Sulzer concluded that a review of the acquisition by antitrust authorities is not needed.
