Mixing Principle
Laminar dispersing of insoluble liquids or gases into high-viscous products

A clearly defined and uniform shear field is generated through mixing. Strong viscous forces cause a deformation and breakup of droplets and bubbles. With a smart mixer design concerning shear rate and residence time, the smallest possible droplets or bubbles and a narrow size distribution can be achieved.
