The Sulzer SMV gas mixer is suitable for mixing of gases at high velocities (e.g. 80 m/ sec) and high pressures (e.g. 60 bar).
Owing to its unique geometry the Sulzer SMV mixer provides for the uniform mixing effects throughout the volume of the duct at hand.
The Sulzer SMV gas mixer can be built in any material which can be bent and welded, but also in plastics.

- homogenization of gas mixtures
- homogenization of additives into main stream
- homogenization of temperature differences
- demisting and evaporation of droplets in hot gas streams
Gases containing dust particles may be homogenized without any plugging of the mixer. |
