Northwest Refinery Turnaround on 18 Towers with major capitol design modifications. Number 1 and 2 Fractionator Towers were retrayed while having nozzles replaced and both vessels “R” Stamped. Three other Towers were retrayed with multiple challenges due to failure of the existing hardware. These vessels required nozzle modification work and were “R” Stamped. The remaining 13 towers were opened, cleaned, repaired and closed. The project was executed safely and on time. | |

Caribbean Refinery FCC Turnaround of 27 Towers and Vessels. This project was completed safely and Cana-Tex finished within budget and on schedule. Our workscope included installation of isolation blinds, opening of externals, tunneling tray internal manways for inspection, repairs and modifications per inspection, cleaning of internals, replacement of trays, prepping welds for WFMT, tray repairs and welding modifications, modification of distributors, closure of internal tray manways, closure of externals and pulling of blinds. | |

| Gulf Coast Chemical Plant Turnaround (14.05.2001 , United States ) |

Gulf Coast Chemical Plant Turnaround consisting of 10 towers. The towers were revamp work throughout. Removal included trays, packing, distribution assemblies and existing nozzles. Tray to packing and tray to tray revamps were performed on multiple towers. Upon completing the new equipment installation Cana-Tex re-rated the existing vessels and performed all required NDE. This project was completed on time and safely. | |
