Sulzer Chemtech Completes Acquisition of Mixpac, Werfo, and Mold (04/01/2007)
The acquisition of Mixpac, Werfo, and Mold by Sulzer Chemtech as announced on August 22, 2006, has been completed on December 29, 2006.
Based on a new assessment of the legal situation, Sulzer concluded that a review of the acquisition by antitrust authorities is not needed.
