The Sulzer Mix Tip was designed for injection molding machines up to 150 tons clamping force. The tip incorporates 4 to 6 mixing elements which correct homogeneity irregularities such as color streaks, poor regrind incorporations an uneven temperature distribution in plastic melts. Mix Tip is available for the most common machines with individual radii and bores. Its easy an comfortable installation by simply replacing the standard nozzle tip makes it very popular among injection molders. The mixer is brazed into the nozzle tip and therefore non-removable.
