The order intake in the first quarter of 2010 reached CHF 816.8 million. This figure represents a decrease of 1.8% adjusted (nominal 2.7%) compared with the first quarter of the previous year. On September 4, Sulzer Chemtech signed an agreement to acquire Manfred Preu Kolonnenservice in Germany. The purchase price is up to EUR 2.5 million (approximately CHF 3.8 million) depending on the future performance.
