Sulzer VIP® Mixer

The VIP mixer simply replaces the standard non-return valve of the injection molding machine. This easy to install solution improves the mixing performance of the existing system with a minimum of effort and cost.

The main applications for the VIP mixer are:

  • Injection molding machines with limited injection pressure
  • Machines with little available space

Dimensions

The VIP mixer is delivered customized for your machine. No further machining or alterations are required.

Our standard range is from 18 to 55 mm. Bigger mixer are available on request.
