The Sulzer Mix Nozzle KSM is an economic mixing system which is installed in place of the standard nozzle of the injection molding machine. The Mix Nozzle KSM consists of 3 parts: the nozzle tip, the nozzle body incorporating removable static mixing elements and the adapter which connects to the machine. Besides standard connections for the most common machines Sulzer can also tailor nozzles according to your requirements. The scope of supply includes heating and thermocouples. The complete nozzle is fully hardened.

Delivery time

Standard nozzles are delivered within 1 week, non-standard nozzles within 2-3 weeks. Please contact Sulzer to verify the delivery time for your required connections. Mixers and standard spare parts are stock items and can be delivered within 1 week after receipt of order.
